- Round Yard
- 8 horse yards
- Covered sand roll / micro arena
- Indoor spaces for Q&A sessions and information sessions at clinics
- Granny flat accommodation - airconditioned with bathroom and kitchenette
- Camping space
- In construction: purpose built 90 metre horse archery track and 70 x 30m flat pad/arena space
